E-Consulting is suitable for anyone who wants to make a change for the better, but doesn’t know how or where to start. Because the modern pace of life dictates that we live too fast and therefore also eat “fast and too fast”, we offer you support in your decision to change your lifestyle and way of eating.
We help you improve the quality of your life with individual counseling, adjusting the menu and your habits. Any advice on healthy eating is welcome.
What is included?
E-counseling includes two e-mails in which we answer your inquiry (description of the current situation) and give you basic guidelines regarding basic nutritional counseling.

How to order?
For basic information, fill out the online form / order form, where you describe your problems, your current diet and your current lifestyle in as much detail as possible.
The price of E-Consulting is 50€ – two (2) emails, the amount is paid to our TRR (NLB – SI56020153320549505) when you submit the order.
