Water
Water is essential to all known forms of life.
Water is a clear, tasteless, odorless and almost colorless chemical substance that is essential for the survival of all known life forms. We can’t live without water, so we must carefully preserve and protect it.
The human body contains between 55% and 78% water, depending on body composition.
To function properly, the body needs between one and five liters of water per day to avoid dehydration. The amount depends on the activity, temperature and humidity of the air and other factors. Most of the water is consumed with food or drink and, of course, by drinking clean water. The exact amount of water a healthy person should consume is not clear.
The body excretes water through urine, sweating and breathing. High temperatures cause additional water excretion. Loss, however, varies with diet, exercise, temperature and clothing. Another way is through the skin and feces.
It is necessary to drink water in small quantities several times a day after sips, so that we are never thirsty. We also have to come with greater physical efforts and activities.
The most important thing is to drink water at room temperature, because otherwise the lining of your stomach will be damaged.
