Easter is celebrated in memory of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the event is one of the most important holidays in the Christian calendar. The celebration of Easter varies according to traditions and customs in different cultures, but it is usually associated with church services, prayer, special rituals such as the blessing of food (Easter breakfast) and with symbols such as Easter cakes, Easter bread and symbolic dishes which represent renewed life.

The celebration of Easter often also includes family meals, gatherings with relatives and friends, and traditional games and customs such as coloring and searching for Easter eggs or other Easter goodies.

Easter is also a symbol of hope, rebirth and new beginnings for many Christians. Easter holidays are associated with specialties and deliciously prepared food, and it is necessary to be moderate when eating and not to overeat.

We must have a healthy measure and we must not overdo it with any food. If we overdo it, our well-being worsens, fatigue and bloating appear. To alleviate these symptoms, drink a glass of plain water to which half a squeezed lemon has been added.

The diet must be in balance with the nutritional needs and the correct choice of food is very important for a healthy lifestyle and good health. Eat in moderation and don’t overdo it. Everything in moderation.
