Boiled egg spread
Ingredients:
- 5 boiled eggs
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (you can also use Greek yogurt, yogurt of your choice)
- 5 pickles (medium size)
Blend everything in a blender until smooth and add salt, pepper and spices (basil, chives, parsley) if desired.
