Boiled egg spread

Ingredients:

  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt (you can also use Greek yogurt, yogurt of your choice)
  • 5 pickles (medium size)

Blend everything in a blender until smooth and add salt, pepper and spices (basil, chives, parsley) if desired.
