💚 Inner happiness – independent of external circumstances, based on accepting yourself and life as it is.

- Good relationships – love, friendship, and connection with others.
- Health and self-care – exercise, healthy eating, and relaxation.
- Purpose in life – work, goals, and activities that fulfill us.
- Presence in the moment – enjoying the present moment without worrying too much about the future or the past.
