💚 Inner happiness – independent of external circumstances, based on accepting yourself and life as it is.

  • Good relationships – love, friendship, and connection with others.
  • Health and self-care – exercise, healthy eating, and relaxation.
  • Purpose in life – work, goals, and activities that fulfill us.
  • Presence in the moment – ​​enjoying the present moment without worrying too much about the future or the past.

Happiness is not a destination, but a way of life.
