Nettle – the queen of wild plants!

👑🌿 Although many people see it as an annoying weed, it is actually a very medicinal plant and a real superfood that grows right by the roadside.

🌿 Why is nettle so good?

Medicinal properties:

• Purifies the blood and helps eliminate toxins (detoxification)

• Extremely rich in iron – great for anemia

• Contains vitamins A, C, K, as well as calcium, magnesium and potassium

• Has an anti-inflammatory effect – helps with joints and rheumatism

• Stimulates kidney and bladder function

• Has a beneficial effect on metabolism and digestion

🍵 Uses of nettle:

Nettle tea

• Dry young leaves pour hot water 5–10 min

great for detoxification, energy, kidneys

Natural hair mask

Warning:

• Harvest young nettles (before flowering), in clean places (not by the roadside).

• Always heat treat (blanch, dry or cook), because fresh ones burn the skin due to silicic acid and histamine.
