Oatmeal with blueberries and chia seeds

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

 

• 50 g rolled oats

• 200 ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk)

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• 50 g fresh blueberries

• pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

Heat the almond milk in a saucepan and add the rolled oats. Cook over low heat for 5–7 minutes until the porridge becomes creamy. Stir in the chia seeds and leave for another 2 minutes on the heat. Serve with blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon.
