Baked Trout with Lemon Dressing

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 fresh trout
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • fresh parsley for garnish
  • pinch of salt

 

Preparation:

Clean the trout and lightly salt it. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and chopped garlic. Brush the trout with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 20–25 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables or brown rice, garnish with fresh parsley.
