Cucumber with yogurt and dill

Ingredients:

 

• 2 large cucumbers (peeled and grated)

• 300 g Greek yogurt

• 1 clove garlic (crushed)

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• Fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

Salt the grated cucumbers a little and leave for 10 minutes, then drain. Mix all the ingredients together. Cool and serve with dill.
