Millet porridge with vegetables
Preparation:
Cook the millet porridge (can be in a soup base).
Fry the onion and carrot in oil, add other seasonal vegetables (zucchini, peas, broccoli) and spices.
Stir in the cooked millet porridge.
Idea: Add a little parmesan for a creamy taste.
