🥗 Spinach salad with strawberries

Ingredients:

· 100 g fresh spinach

· 150 g strawberries

· 80 g feta cheese

· 40 g walnuts

· 3 tablespoons olive oil or pumpkin seed oil

· 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

Wash the spinach and chop the strawberries. Add the crumbled feta and walnuts. Pour over the oil and vinegar, mix.
