A wild garlic smoothie

A wild garlic smoothie is a great way to detoxify your body and boost your immune system, as wild garlic is known for its antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients:
• 🥬 1 handful of fresh wild garlic leaves (washed thoroughly)
• 🍌 1 ripe banana (for a creamy texture and sweetness)
• 🍏 1 apple or 1 kiwi (for extra freshness)
• 🍋 Juice of half a lemon (for refreshment and vitamin C)
• 🥛 2 dcl plant milk (almond, coconut or oat) or water
• 🥄 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds (for fiber and omega-3)
• 🍯 honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Procedure:
Add all ingredients to a blender: wild garlic, banana, apple/kiwi, lemon juice, plant milk/water and seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
