A wild garlic smoothie is a great way to detoxify your body and boost your immune system, as wild garlic is known for its antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients:

• 🥬 1 handful of fresh wild garlic leaves (washed thoroughly)

🍌 1 ripe banana (for a creamy texture and sweetness)

🍏 1 apple or 1 kiwi (for extra freshness)

🍋 Juice of half a lemon (for refreshment and vitamin C)

• 🥛 2 dcl plant milk (almond, coconut or oat) or water

• 🥄 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds (for fiber and omega-3)

🍯 honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)

Procedure:

Add all ingredients to a blender: wild garlic, banana, apple/kiwi, lemon juice, plant milk/water and seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.

Serve fresh and enjoy! 🥤

Tip:

• The wild garlic has a rather strong flavor, so adjust the amount according to your taste.

• The smoothie is best fresh, but you can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
