Green detox smoothie “Dijana”

A detox smoothie is a popular way to refresh your body and support your body’s natural detoxification processes.

  • 1 banana
  • 150-200 g Swiss chard
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 dl water (ice)

Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a smooth, refreshing drink. If necessary, add a little more water or ice for a thinner texture. Pour into a glass and garnish.
