Apricot ice cream

Apricot ice cream is a wonderful summer refreshment. The taste is delicate, slightly sour and very refreshing.

🍦 Simple recipe for apricot ice cream (without eggs)

Ingredients:

• 500 g ripe apricots

• 150 g sugar (to taste)

• 200 ml whipping cream

• 150 ml milk

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• vanilla extract (optional)

Procedure:

Cut the apricots in half, remove the pits and cook them with the sugar for 5–10 minutes until soft. Cool and then puree. Add the cream, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well and let the mixture cool. Put the mixture in an ice cream maker or freeze it.
