• 80 g butter

• 400 g pears (peeled and cut into small pieces)

• 100 g butter

Filling

• 500 g cottage cheese (strained)

• 50 g powdered sugar (or to taste, can be sugar-free)

• 2 eggs

• 250 ml of sweet cream for whipping

Preparation:

Peel the pears, remove the core and cut them into small pieces.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the pears, honey and cinnamon.

Cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until the pears are soft.

Set the cooked pears aside and let them cool completely.

Mix the ingredients for the filling together.

Line the bottom of the baking dish with four sheets of pulled dough, brush each sheet with melted butter.

Pour the cottage cheese filling over the pulled dough and add the stewed pears to the filling, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cover the filling with three sheets of pulled dough, brush each sheet with melted butter and fold the edges of the dough inwards. Cut the pastry into triangles and brush with egg.

Bake in the oven until the pastry is golden brown. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
