Respiratory tea with thyme and rosemary

For what: cleansing the respiratory tract, for colds, coughs

Properties: antiseptic, expectorant

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon thyme

• 1 teaspoon rosemary

• honey and lemon to taste

Preparation:

Pour boiling water over the herbs, let stand for 10 minutes, strain. Drink slowly.
