🍓 Smoothie for shiny and strong hair

💪 Full of biotin, omega-3 fats, vitamins C and E

Ingredients:

• 1 banana

• 1/2 avocado

• 1 tablespoon flax seeds (ground)

• 1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries

• 1 cup almond milk (or oat milk)

• 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

 

➡️ Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink fresh!
