For a refreshing smoothie, try this recipe
Ingridients:
– 1 cup of frozen berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
– 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
– 1/2 cup fresh spinach
– juice of 1/2 lemon
– 1 cup of coconut water (or plain water)
– honey
Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix until you get a smooth mixture. If necessary, add more coconut water or water to get the desired consistency. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh fruit or mint leaves if desired.
This smoothie is perfect for refreshing on hot days, as it is full of fruits and green leafy vegetables, and the lemon gives it an extra freshness. Enjoy!
