Chia Pudding with blueberries

Quick Chia Pudding (for busy mornings)

 

If you know you’re going to be in a rush in the morning, make this the night before:

  • Put 3 tablespoons of chia seeds,
  • 2 dl of kefir, and a few frozen blueberries in a jar.

Stir and refrigerate. Overnight, it will turn into a pudding that’s ready for your gut in the morning.
