Chicken meat with millet porridge

  • chicken meat (breast, leg, thigh),
  • millet,
  • mixed steamed vegetables,
  • salt, pepper, parsley,
  • turmeric powder,
  • 1 dl of water,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Salt the chicken and fry it in oil until it turns golden yellow, cover with 1 dl of water and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes, add spices. Prepare the millet porridge according to the instructions and mix it with the mixed vegetables that you steamed.
