Immune supoort smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 orange (peeled)

• 1 kiwi (peeled)

• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

• 1/2 banana

• 1 tablespoon flax seeds or chia seeds

• 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing drink packed with vitamin C.
