Metabolic Tea with Cayenne Pepper and Lemon

What it does: speeds up metabolism, warms up the body
Properties: thermogenic, antioxidant
Ingredients:
• pinch of cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• honey (to taste)
Preparation:
Mix with hot water (not boiling!), stir well. Great in the morning.
