Nettle Detox (Iron & Silicon)

Young nettles are a spring superhero for hair. They are rich in silicon and iron, which prevents hair loss and stimulates growth.

Ingredients:

• handful of young nettles (scalded with hot water),

• 1 apple,

• juice of half a lemon,

• water

➡️ Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink fresh!
