Quinoa salad with vegetables
super easy
Ingredients:
· 120 g quinoa
· 1 cucumber
· 150 g cherry tomatoes
· 1 bell pepper
· 3 tablespoons olive oil
· juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Cook the quinoa (15 min) and cool. Add the chopped vegetables. Drizzle with oil and lemon.
