Smoothie for energy

super easy

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or other seasonal fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. If necessary, add a little more milk to reach the desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
