Smoothie for energy
super easy
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or other seasonal fruit)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. If necessary, add a little more milk to reach the desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
