Spring smoothie

Avocado is a great source of healthy fats and gives the smoothie a creamy texture.

 

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe avocado

• large bunch of dandelions

• 1 cup coconut milk

• 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

• 1 cup ice or water

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if desired if the smoothie is too thick.
