Vegetable couscous and cheese for baking

super easy

– 250 g couscous

– green, red pepper

– pumpkin

– brussels sprouts

– broccoli

– carrots

– onion

– olive oil

– cheese for baking

 

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions. Cut the vegetables.

Fry the onion in olive oil until it softens, then add the chopped vegetables and sauté briefly.

Then pour 1 dcl of soup base or water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

When it is cooked, add it to the couscous, mix everything, add spices and toast the cheese.
