🥧 Vegetable pie made from leeks, carrots and onions

 

đź›’ Ingredients

• 500 g of puff pastry (pie/burek sheets)

• 2 large leeks

• 2 carrots

• 1 large onion

• 100 ml of oil

• salt, pepper

• optional: garlic, parsley

 

👩‍🍳 Preparation

Wash the leeks well and cut into rings. Chop the onion, grate the carrot. First fry the onion in a little oil. Add the leeks and carrots and simmer for ~10 minutes until soft. Season (salt, pepper, garlic if desired). Let cool a little

Grease the baking dish. Lay out 2-3 sheets of dough (lightly brush each with oil). Add a layer of filling. Continue layering (dough + filling). Finish with a layer of dough. Cut into pieces (easier baking). Bake until golden brown.

If desired, you can also use vegetable pie topping.

 

Preparing the topping

• Mix:

â—‹ eggs

â—‹ yogurt/sour cream

â—‹ a little oil

â—‹ lightly salt

Bake in the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
