Vegetable salad with avocado and walnuts
super easy
Ingridients:
- spinach leaves, arugula leaves
- half an avocado cut into cubes
- a handful of walnuts
- grated carrots
- sliced tomatoes
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt, pepper
Mix the spinach and arugula leaves in a bowl.
Add sliced avocado, grated carrot, sliced tomato and walnuts.
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve.
