Cauliflower soup

super easy

1 small head of cauliflower

2 tablespoons of buckwheat pooridge

100 g of onion

Salt, spices, olive oil

Fry the onion in olive oil, add cauliflower, buckwheat porridge and simmer over low heat.

Cover with water and cook for 25 minutes on low heat. We can mix the broth with a stick mixer or just serve it like that.
