  • green salad
  • grated carrot
  • tomatoes
  • pepper
  • onion, garlic
  • some chopped cabbage
  • a little beetroot (boiled or chopped)
  • olive oil, salt
  • feta cheese or mozzarella

Add the ingredients and spices to the cooked millet (buckwheat) porridge. Add a little chopped parsley.
