Colorful salad with millet or buckwheat porridge

- millet porridge (buckwheat)
- green salad
- grated carrot
- tomatoes
- pepper
- onion, garlic
- some chopped cabbage
- a little beetroot (boiled or chopped)
- olive oil, salt
- feta cheese or mozzarella
Add the ingredients and spices to the cooked millet (buckwheat) porridge. Add a little chopped parsley.
