Creamy chickpea soup
- chickpeas (cooked or canned)
- onions
- mixed vegetables
- water or soup base
- spices
Take the chickpeas out of the can and wash them under running water.
Fry the onion, then add the chickpeas and fry a little, then cover with 500 ml of water or soup base, cook for 10 minutes, then mix with a stick blender.
Add some cooked mixed vegetables and spices. Serve warm.
