Barley with vegetables

super easy

  • mixed vegetables
  • barley
  • laurel
  • leek
  • celery tuber
  • beans
  • salt, spices

 

Soak the jasper overnight in cold water. Wash the soaked ash well under running water and put it in a pot to boil.

Cook for 10 minutes, then add the chopped vegetables and cook everything together on low heat for another 30 minutes.

Add more water if needed. Towards the end, add canned beans (10 minutes before the end), add spices.
