Green beans
super easy
- 500 g of beef
- 800 g of green beans
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- a little celery, parsley
- spices
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
- boiled potatoes (optional)
- water or soup base
Fry onions in olive oil, add garlic to sliced beef and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add green beans, carrots, tomatoes, celery and cover everything with water or soup base. Cook on a low heat for 30 minutes and towards the end add the boiled potatoes to combine everything.
Green beans can also be cooked without meat. The cooking process is the same except you don’t add meat and you can add more vegetables if you want.
