Vegetable minestrone

- stalk of celery
- carrot
- garlic
- zucchini
- leek
- tomatoes
- peas
- potatoes (boiled)
- onions
- olive oil
- salt, bay leaf
Clean the ingredients and cut them into small pieces. Boil the potatoes separately.
Fry the onion, garlic and add the vegetables on a low heat, simmer on a low heat for 2 minutes, then cover with water. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat. When it is cooked, add spices (basil, parsley). At the end, add boiled potatoes and mix everything well.
