Cream of chickpea soup
- chickpeas (cooked or canned)
- onion
- mixed vegetables
- water or soup base
- spices
- olive oil
Remove the chickpeas from the can and wash them under running water.
Fry the onion, then add the chickpeas and fry a little, then cover with ½ l of water or soup base and cook for 10 minutes and mix with a mixer. Add the cooked mixed vegetables and spices. Serve warm.
