Sweet cabbage with meat
super easy
- 500 g of beef
- 1 kg of fresh cabbage
- 3 heads of onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 dl of olive oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 pepper
- salt, pepper, spices
- 500 ml of water or soup base
Fry chopped onions and meat cut into pieces in hot oil. When the meat is soft, add thinly sliced carrots and cabbage. After ten minutes, add sliced peppers and tomatoes.
Then cover with water or soup base, salt, pepper and cook at a low temperature for another 30 minutes. At the end, add the spices.
