  • 500 g of beef
  • 1 kg of fresh cabbage
  • 3 heads of onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pepper
  • salt, pepper, spices
  • 500 ml of water or soup base

 

Fry chopped onions and meat cut into pieces in hot oil. When the meat is soft, add thinly sliced ​​carrots and cabbage. After ten minutes, add sliced ​​peppers and tomatoes.

Then cover with water or soup base, salt, pepper and cook at a low temperature for another 30 minutes. At the end, add the spices.
