Green Power Smoothie

super easy

Ingredients:

 

• 1 handful spinach or kale

• 1/2 avocado

• 1 green apple

• 1/2 lime (juice)

• 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk

• optional: 1 teaspoon spirulina or wheatgrass

Blend all ingredients well. If too thick, add more liquid.
