Heart and Blood Pressure Tea with Basil and Cinnamon

What it does: regulates blood pressure, relieves stress

Properties: anti-inflammatory

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon dried basil 

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1 teaspoon hibiscus (optional – for flavor and effect)

Preparation:

Pour 3 dcl of water, leave for 7–10 minutes, strain.
