☀️ Immune tea with ginger and cinnamon

For what: strengthening immunity, anti-inflammatory

Properties: antibacterial, warms the body

 

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

• a pinch of black pepper (for turmeric absorption)

• 1 teaspoon of honey (to taste, once the tea has cooled below 40 °C)

 

Preparation:

Pour 2–3 dcl of boiling water over the spices, cover and leave for 10–15 minutes. Strain and add honey.
