  • 500 g mixed flour (wheat, semolina, buckwheat)
  • 20 g of yeast, if you have yeast even better
  • warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 100 g of melted butter

 

Mix the yeast and a teaspoon of flour together with warm water into a smooth mixture and wait for the yeast to activate. Mix the flour, sugar, salt in a bowl and add the yeast that we prepared earlier.

 

Knead everything well into a nice smooth dough and let it rise.

 

After rising, divide the dough into smaller balls, roll them in melted butter and place them in a bowl.

 

Leave to rise and then bake.

If desired, seeds can also be added to the dough.
