- olive oil
- onions
- garlic
- salt, pepper
- zucchini
- tomatoes
- paprika (green, red)
- kohlrabi
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil, add kohlrabi and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then add the rest of the chopped vegetables and slowly simmer until cooked.
Mixed vegetables are a light side dish on summer days to boiled potatoes, rice, corn grits, quinoa. If desired, you can also add some steak.
