Oatmeal with blueberries

super easy

Ingridients:

– 1 cup of oatmeal

– 1 cup of coconut milk

– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

– 1/2 cup blueberries

– 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)

– 1 tablespoon of honey

 

Preparation:

Mix oatmeal, coconut milk and chia seeds in a bowl. Leave it in the fridge overnight.  In the morning, add blueberries, nuts and honey.
