Gazpacho

super easy

Ingridients:

– 6 ripe tomatoes

– 1 red pepper

– 1 cucumber

– 2 cloves of garlic

– 1/4 cup of olive oil

– 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve cold, you can add ice cubes.
