Grilled salmon

Ingridients:

– 2 salmon fillets

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– Juice of one lemon

– Salt, pepper and herbs (eg rosemary, thyme) to taste

 

Preparation:

Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon fillets. Season with salt, pepper and add herbs to taste.

Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
