Roasted vegetables

Ingridients:

– 1 pumpkin

– 1 red pepper

– 1 red onion

– 1 corn

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– Salt, pepper and herbs to taste

 

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables into pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs. Grill until tender and golden (about 10-15 minutes).
