Overnight Oats
super easy
This breakfast is perfect if you’re in a rush. Make it the night before and it’s ready to eat in the morning. The fiber in the oatmeal provides long-lasting energy.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of oatmeal
• 1/2 cup of milk or yogurt (can also be plant-based)
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• 1/2 cup of fruit (e.g. blueberries, sliced banana)
• 1 teaspoon of honey
Mix the oatmeal, milk, and chia seeds in a glass. Mix well. Add the fruit and honey. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
