Power Green Smoothie

Perfect for kids who don’t want to eat their vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup milk or yogurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberries or mango
1 handful baby spinach (it will be invisible)
1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can serve it in a smoothie bowl and sprinkle seeds on top.
